The Location was awesome and it is beach side and the food which Crunchy Chicken burger and the BBQ chicken pizza which i had for dinner which i payed in the restaurant was also good, not sure about rest of the menu.

Lets start with the room, I booked a 1 bedroom private pool villa and once we entered the villa we got a bad smell and so we had to request the staff for the air freshener. The second is the lock of the bathroom door was damage that i got literally stuck inside, but out of luck i was able to get out and then when informed the staffs they informed they will come for fixing it but no one came till we checked out the next day. and yes regarding contacting the staff for housekeeping and reception, when we check-in they provide us a paper with all contact number but the phone provided by the resort in our room was not working and i had use my personal phone for contacting them. when i called them for both the reason, their response was like they will sent their staff for fixing but as i said earlier NO PERSON came. THE BIGGEST AND MOST IMPORTANT IS THAT THE RESORT IS NOT PROVIDING WIFI which means there is no WIFI AVAILABLE in HDB resort & spa, Khobar. The breakfast provided was also not having much varieties. Ratting out of 5 i can give only 2.

Overall very good stay and wed definitely be coming back!

It was clean and the activities, views and facilities on the resort were great!

I think the restaurant needs updating, the menu needs to be more thorough with desserts too - we were told its not available constantly. The breakfast buffet could be more international.

the place and ambiance is good.

I travelled for work and they do not have internet in the villas, which was serious non-sense because im not a Saudi resident and I do not have a Saudi sim, i was unable to work while being comfortable in my villa that i paid for. Instead i had to spend all the time sitting inside or outside the restaurant, even to talk to my family in UAE and USA as that was the only place with wifi.

The staff were very unprofessional and there were several arguments with the customers in the reception, my check in took more than an hour and they didnt want to check me in if I didnt have an argument with them sense a saw some customers that were waiting for 3 hours to check in, I have requested a cripple for my child when I booked the stay and when arriving it was not there after that I called the housekeeping with no answer I went to the reception 3 times to request the cripple and after begging them they sent it at 11PM after my child have slept on the floor with no blankets even, I had to fight for every thing I need with this poor Egyptian management they have.
