Its a nice object but going to city is far away.

Its a very nice hotel!

They dont have a pedestrian zone, so going to shop was a challenge.

Very good

No one came to help carry the luggage when we arrived and we have to take it all the way to the villa and the 1st floor that was very difficult with all the travel we have done from Riyadh to Khobar driving

Nice villa specially for a family with kids. Many activities are available and the place is well maintained. Everybody was welcoming and helpful from the reception to the cleaning team.

Everybody working their, Sheikha at the desk, manager Mahmoud and all the porters and cleaners, room service etc were so humble, polite and kind. Very serene and relaxing.

People were very helpful: especially Maysa and the general manager. Location is nice, the pool was nice, private beach,

Food isnt so good for me, I guess thats Im from Russia so I didnt get used to it I think a sand under the water was not so clean, garbage was on the ground. Beach should be cleaned to avoid any injuries
