    - They must clean the chairs as there are many stains in the chairs -The staff never mentioned that I should call to request cleaning -There is no breakfast buffet on Sunday and they said I need to order that at the villa The above information must be communicated to visitors during the check-in process

    Staff was very bad with us and the are not accepting any requests because they have 20 villa reserved, if they have pressure, they should inform us so that we do not reserve also if they cant handle 20 villa why they just keep accepting the booking rellay tge staff need to change

    We stayed at the resort to celebrate our daughters 1st birthday at their restaurant (Awtar Restaurant). Everything went well. We had a great time. Special thanks to the Restaurant Supervisor, Sir Aldin, who assisted us all throughout. He was very hands-on and made sure that everything was going well. Kudos also to the staff who are all very accommodating and made our party smooth while also taking care of our needs and requests. The food was also superb, thanks to Chef Reda. We really enjoyed it. Lastly, after the tiring party, we got to rest and sleep comfortably in our villa. It was so huge and worth it.

    hope they improve their resort with many cafe chops and restaurants
    my stay was pleased at the resort and the staff were welcoming me so nicely and the service was great
    the cleaning of public and private swimming pools werent good and water activities were closed because of the level of the sea also the price was higher due to the location far from everything
