We were told that there would be oven to cook with, but there was only a microwave. This meant the food we bought to oven cook was wasted. You are also in the middle of nowhere with no alternatives, especially on New Years Eve.

Will not come back again to this resort. Al areen is much better option.

The swimming pools are not heated. This was not clear before reservation. When I called the manager he said it is not mentioned on website that the three bedrooms villas have heated swimming pool. He also mentioned that they are fully booked so they cannot change my booking to another villa where the swimming pool is heated.

Jaw resort is so clean and the beach is well organized in a design that makes the beach view is an amazing place to visit. Nice stuff and very supportive.

I have reserved the 3 bedroom villa with private pool but unfortunately I couldnt use the pool for two reasons. First, the water in the pool was so cold as the kids couldnt swim and I tried with reception to assist in this regard with no luck. Secondly, the pool has no privacy as its located by the beach and jet skis and boats are hovering around so my wife and daughters couldnt swim comfortably.

Many facilities for kids

There is a small waterpark inside the hotel, it is free for the lodgers. There is a free kids playing room. There is a free kids playing area on the sand. There are nice swings on the beach & inside the water. There ara nice equipment for rent on the beach. My villa had its private parking. The staff of alBareh restaurant was good. The TV contains many channels & YouTube.

The total taxes on the food in the restaurant is 25%. The food in alBareh restaurant takes too much time to be ready. The electronic games in the kids room are not working. One of the towels in my bathroom had the smell of cooking oil. The water was cold in our private swimming pool. The sand inside the gulf water was like mud, it was not nice to walk on it.
