Wouldnt go back again

The location is great because we had access to the island which had a few restaurants and some stores. The beaches at the resort are also nice.

The property is ok. Generally very commercial. Not very well taken care of. When it rained, the dirt roads leading to our rooms and restaurants would have many rainwater pools and we would have to walk through it to get to one place to the other. There were buggies but it was such a hassle to get one in a timely manner. I waited an hour once and the buggy didnt arrive, missing my lunch and arriving 40 minutes late to my spa appointment. My room was leaking in two different places in the bathroom area the entire time it was raining which was most of the trip. The property all and all is ok, nothing special.

Hard Rock Hotel Maldives is Paradise surrounded by harmonious people

We love Maldives in general but Hard Rock tops it all. Located near Male, 15-20 minutes boat ride, perfect facilities, pools, bars, restaurants, rooms and the best personnel-from cleaning staff up to the management, all trying to make your stay memorable. I loved the little things everyone is doing, things that are definitely not part of their job description, all from their desire to make you happy, going above and beyond expectations. Our favorite employee, on each of our visits to Hard Rock hotel-Oggy-from Sessions Restaurant. We feel him as part of our family. Oggy should continue growing within Hard Rock family- he is an absolute exemplary hospitality representative. Oggy is kind, friendly, funny and exceptional. He made us feel special every single day of our visit this time around but also 2 years ago, on our previous visit. Thank you Oggy-we love you, Thank you Hard Rock staff! You are all AWESOME!!!

Highly recommended for a true Maldivas experience with plenty of music and fun

Very friendly and efficient service across the board. Excellent entertainment. Well maintained facilities. Architecture and layout of complex is fitting with the environment and ergonomic.

The fleet of guest bikes needs upgrading/renovation and it would be a good idea to have locks on all bikes. Smoother management of overlapping/multiple bookings where we had made direct and Booking.com reservations.

The island is very nice and my family and me loved it thank you for the nice welcoming stay

I like how we could roam around freely and comfortably. Island is kept clean and beautiful by the very nice and diligent workers. Many activities at the pool areas to keep visitors active and happy. Transportation was easily accessible and overall customer service was great.

Although the island was nice there were things I disliked like how the room was filled with many bugs and the trip there on the speed boat was very troubling.In all the island was very nice and beautiful.I would be happy to come visit again.

Loved the activities for adults and kids Loved the close location to the airport Loved the dancing on the pool and the yoga Ministry of crab was delicious Buggy available when you called

Food inside hotel was mediocre Snorkeling was not a great experience there wasn't a great reef We found some flies in the kids bathroom (the rooms could be cleaner) Not enough beds near the pool Staff could be more representable
