The level of customer service and staff were exceptional, and the property felt secure and well-maintained. The hotel exceeded expectations and provided a refreshing stay.

Clean, quiet and comfortable.

Always one of our favorite places to stay when were visiting Cali. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Room is spacious and clean.

Wouldve liked to be told upon check in that the pool was under renovation. Didnt know until I looked out of the room window. My son was pretty bummed.

Nice ambiance. Great breakfast. Good location.

Overpriced. These prices are higher than downtown, beach views along the coast, and hotels near LAX. The hotel is just not that special for the price. Walls were paper thin. $16/nite parking never mentioned in any information on the site until we checked in. We have 2 cars!!! No accommodation for us at all. Staff showed no concern - just charged and that was that. No blackout curtains!! The necessity for a good night's sleep is minimal light interference. Right?

Nice stay near Long Beach Airport

Very nice hotel near Long Beach airport. The entire property was modern and very clean. The bedding and bathroom were great. Good breakfast in the lobby in the morning. Easy free parking in the lot. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Recommended!
