The location is great! It's right up by the water across from the Pike and there's a walkway you can take to the Queen Mary area. The staff is really friendly and accommodating and this was the first time I ever saw a hotel's continental breakfast have soy milk!!! Even a lactose intolerant like me could enjoy a cereal. There's a gym and a pool which were both really nice. The beds were really soft and comfortable. The 5-guest suites are particularly comfortable, almost like a small apartment. Definitely would stay here again!

Everything was perfect, the only dislikable thing I can think of is the parking lot being a bit on the small side.

The bed was particularly snuggly, soft, and comfortable.

Breakfast was awesome. There was something for everyone. The staff was particularly helpful and sweet. One in our group lost her phone before getting to the hotel. Not only were the staff members helpful in accessing resources to help find the phone, but genuinely seemed excited when it was located and retrieved.

The price is a little steep, though I'm sure it is comparable to all the places nearby. Guess that's just the way it goes.

Unprepared for scheduled guests; no courtesy for others time.

Aesthetics were appealing. Checkout was easy and walking distance to cruise port if you so choose.

We arrived at checkin time (which they set as 4 pm) and were told our room was not ready. After an extremely long day of travel from the East Coast, we just wanted to get into our room and relax. We had to wait an additional half hour to get our room. There were several other people waiting for their rooms as well.

Rooms need additional trash cans, and when a room is booked, you need to make sure there's ice in the fridge

Superb

The breakfast had an enjoyable variety of food for adults and children. The breakfast staff were very friendly and hospitable. All the staff was friendly during check-in and check-out.

The air conditioner was very loud in the room we stayed in. Not sure if it is like that in every room, but it would wake us up every time the air conditioner went on, which was unfortunate in getting a good consistent nights sleep. The breakfast should stay open for another hour for those who like to sleep in. $35 a night parking is a lot considering the room rate plus tax.
