Got the job done. Perfect location. Pleasant staff

Rubber ducks and decor for the season. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Food was decent as well.

Gym had old equipment and no stair climber. Room windows were a bit cloudy so the view was poor.

Very nice short stay

We spent just 1 night before catching the Ferry early the next morning .It was walking distance 10-15 minutes to the ferry terminal to go to Catalina island, they also have a shuttle that takes guests to terminal but it starts at 7 am , so if youre getting on the 6 am Ferry you have to walk or take an Uber that its not worth taking for just a short walk.Hotel gives you coupons to get free breakfast , if they dont ask for them.

Clean and friendly staff

Clean, very friendly staff and nice location for cruise terminal. I normally struggle with my back in certain beds but this bed was really comfortable and I had a great sleep!

Do not advertise free shuttle if you can't do it.

Room was very nice. Clean and comfortable

We booked this hotel because they advertised free shuttle to the cruise port. When we arrived, I inquired about the accessibility of the shuttle, and was told it was not wheelchair accessible. Very expensive for no service.
