Bad start but things improved. Front desk employee had the skills of a Motel 6 clerk

Convenient and bar/restaurant was good.

Arrived at exact checkin time with months long reservation and being told I would have to wait approximately another hour to checkin because they were busy was not acceptable to me after a 7 hour drive. I was told to feel free to go back to my car to wait or sit in the hotel lobby. Was not happy and after a little blowback was told they had a room available. NOT acceptable

Location. Heading out to a cruise ship next day.

Dirty rooms. I miss when hotels were actually clean. Now price just up there and cleanliness is down there. Staff at concierge level makes uncomfortable awkward feeling after talking to us in a loud tone and wants to charge extra for having our kid with us. Wants to charge $35. What you even get in the lounge is not $35. Another family with a kid decided to leave and not use the lounge because of the ridiculous charge.

A beautiful property right next to the airport, with free shuttle. Exceptional dining on site. Large, clean, well appointed rooms. Helpful staff. A great stay!

Parents who let children run amok around the pool on our only afternoon to relax. Of course, that's not the hotel's responsibility.

Enjoyed my stay 100%

Restaurant right downstairs, excellent food, and the staff was on point, very well done.

When I checked in and gave my credit card for what I thought was incidental charges was charged my full price for three nights. I had pre-paid for this stay. They said it will be reimbursed by bank in 3 to 5 business days after check out. The girl who did it was very nice but very new.
