Location was 15 minutes to top attraction

I scheduled a road trip for my family. I found this place in booking with decent rating. I was mislead by those reviews and booked 5 days. One important thing we were looking for is a place with a pool for the kids and the pool was listed as one of amenities. Even in FAQ, it was listed as one of the available amenities. After driving for 8 hours, we arrived only to find out that the pool is not available. We are now left with no options but to stay in this place for the rest of our vacation with frustrated kids. We called customer service in this hotel, which they rudely responded that they can't do anything and if we are not satisfied we can check out. Not sure about the reviews for this place, but definitely those are contrary of our experience here.

Decent stay but rooms under construction should NOT be made available to customers

Comfortable room and friendly staff.

There was construction going on and window was taped closed with plastic. Those types of rooms shouldnt be given to customers honestly

Al bahr shriners screwed my holiday.

Clean , nice rooms

parked the car little beyond next to al bahr shriners area accidently and my car get towed. That was mean .. this is your neighbour hotel.
