This Hampton Inn & Suites Richmond/Virginia Center is conveniently located 15 minutes from downtown Richmond and offers good value for money. While some reviewers mentioned that the rooms were old an (Read More)d had a musty smell, they were still clean and the staff was friendly and informative. The hot breakfast had a good variety. Some construction limited parking spaces, which caused frustration for late-night check-ins. The hotel staff, Megan and Selby, provided excellent customer service and resolved booking issues. Overall, the hotel is clean and staff are friendly, but renovation may be a downside for some. However, the hotel has a great location with nearby stores and restaurants.
