This property and the staff are terrible! It is not a safe place to park your car. I recently traveled with14 clients. Out of the 4 cars parked here during our trip 2 had the windows broken. 2 out of 4 cars broken into. It was the only two cars that were told to park around back where it was supposedly safer. The cameras on the property are fake. The staff did not contact the owners of the vehicles while we were away. We discovered our vandalized vehicles when we returned from our trip at 1 am. The next morning we asked if there was a police report. There was not. The front desk would not provide a vacuum to clean the glass from our cars. The manager Milton Hamilton was called and he could not be bothered to talk to us. 9 rooms and over$1800 who knows at this point how expensive the damage to our vehicles. It was not worth it! After talking to the Raleigh Police Department they told us it is a very very common occurrence at this property. They have repeatedly asked the management of this property to hire security but the property hasnt and it continues to be an issue.
