The location is good, the breakfast was delicious,, quiet rooms,, if you like to walk,, the hotel is near to the bus station that can take you to all places in Muscat with lowest cost..

Rude Staff, unclean rooms, things not working in the room, and most importantly.. very loud neighbors. Also, that microphone test was very weird. Also, I had to wait for check out process for them to check the room? Very strange

Superb

Very good. Family loved it.

The deluxe suite was quite big. Location is good with restaurants nearby. The buffet at the hotel was excellent. Rooms are spacious though not modern , however we liked them. Staff was very courteous and highly responsive.

Cleaning could be more organized, however it is not a complaint since it is dependent on the guests. Also the A/C was a little cold for me.

Excellent for value of money, good breakfast helping staff. Enough parking arround.

My daughter found a bed bug and sent me vidoe from other room and asked to complaint, it was first time to noticed that thiing otherwise hotel is nice and comfortable.
