Exceptional

One of the best hotel we have stayed in Vietnam. Rooms were amazing, spacious, bright and super clean. Staff were very welcoming. Location not so bad however you have to walk a bit to the nearst shops. We have used Grab as it was not expensive. Area very peaceful and close to the beach which was nice.

Very good

Beautiful hotel, bad time for it.

Customer service was great, and room was beautiful. We got a free upgrade to a suite room which was great.

The location was good, however surrounding the hotel was seemingly abandoned property development sites. It felt like a ghost town, it was not in peak season granted, however a guide for what we can do while were there would have been appreciated.
