Superb

Great for a 1 night layover or short stay

The host was so so friendly! It's a stones throw away from KK line (to airport) and the facilities were very very clean! There's a few places to eat around the corner, most close around 23hrs I would come back here! Location great Host great Facilities great

It's a little small, but what you expect, it's tokyo. My backpack didn't fit the locker. Some noise from rail line, but not in the middle of the night. Slept well!

Pleasant

The shower had hot water. The host was kind. The price to stay was very affordable.

I didnt care for the house rule of not being able to close the bedroom door at night. The male dorm was right next to the shared space and kitchen so there was always lots of noise from people using the shared space as well as the train tracks overhead. I must say, the host did offer free earplugs to remedy the situation.

Nice choice for a short stay near the airport

Smooth check-in procedure. Friendly staff. Good value of money. really close to the Haneda airport.

The trains pass by from 5 am to 12 am, creating significant vibration and noise.

Great value for one night stay!

Really close to the station and the airport. Staff was kind and it was very clean.

It was a bit noisy because the trains passed right next to the guest house but they provided plugs for free. I wont recommend it for light sleepers or long stays but It worked for me!
