Guests praised the gorgeous views, wonderful service, and breakfast buffet at The Park Vista - A DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel. Some guests had their room assignments changed but were still able to get (Read More)a desirable view. The convenience of the trolley and quiet location were also appreciated. One guest specifically mentioned Hilton employee Ronnie for going above and beyond. The cleanliness, friendly staff, and amenities such as the indoor pool were also highlighted. Overall, guests highly recommended the hotel and said they would return.

Pleasant

The lobby was decorated nicely. Facility was over priced so I plan to stay somewhere different next time.

Quiet. I like the elevator because I can see out.

I had small kids and the water slide was out of service. I also wasnt expecting to pay $60 to park. Terrible ventilation in the pool area. Bathrooms way too small. No breakfast included. The restaurant was way overpriced for what you got.

We enjoyed our stay but would of liked a more renovated facility

The views and the staff.

Rooms were dusty. Ceilings were cracked. Carpets look old. Balconies need to be redone and painted Rooms need some renovations.

Always a 10 out of 10!! We love The Park Vista!

The staff were all friendly, the food and drinks were excellent and we love the downtown view from the balcony.

Stay was good.

The view and location

The church group was throwing stuff off of balcony. They have plenty of parking. I dont think they should change $15 a day.

You have everything close.

It say pet friendly but they dont have potty area only a little bit of grass were you park, plus they dont have trash can near . And they charge a lot for dog

Superb

Christmas 2023 was complete for my kids

I liked the size of rooms, very clean hotel, nice pool for kids, the location was great not far from anything me and my kids wanted to do!

I didnt like how when I got there they told me about a $100 holding fee which was fine the problem was they dont tell you is that you only get $40 back the other $60 goes for parking( I thought parking is free at a hotel unless stated otherwise)
