Good enough.

Check-in was easy, and the room was on the whole good.

A number of things about the room were broken. The bedside lamp's bulb was almost swinging free, and I worried about getting a shock. There was no ice machine, and the ice maker in the 'fridge was broken. My wife found a long black hair in the bed; she has short curly hair, and I'm blond. The breakfast was iffy; I got some sausages, and they were cold and unpleasant.

Good

Nice, comfortable stay in a large clean room. Bring earplugs and make coffee in your room.

Large, clean rooms with full kitchens. Pullout couch. Bed comfortable. Nice pool, walkway between buildings, great staff.

Paper thin walls, we heard EVERYTHING our neighbors did. Everything. Pillows too soft. Breakfast not good and the coffee carafes were always empty.

I would not hesitate to stay there again.

The beds were very comfortable and the continental breakfast was good. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating.

There was nothing to dislike but more towels would have been nice.

15 minute drive from city centre - not too bad but a hassle if you don't have a car.

Amazing hotel for a winter break stay!

Cozy atmosphere in the lobby area; well-designed room layout: we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay; having a fireplace in the room made our stay warm and cozy; very clean room, bedding and towels; well-equipped kitchen with quality dinnerware and kitchenware; comfortable bed and powerful shower. breakfasts were of good quality and had everything you need to start your day with a hot meal. Overall, we were pleasantly surprised with the hotel quality and price range. Highly recommend!
