This is a nice hotel that is comfortable and clean and I really appreciated the free morning coffee in the lobby.

Free (good) coffee in the lobby is so great. Its a small thing that goes a long way.

Housekeeping didnt refill the shampoo dispenser.

All in all-we would stay here again when we're in the area!

Clean,very friendly helpful staff.Good quality linens,bed and bath towels. Like the walk-in shower and the soaps and shampoos provided.

I am a senior citizen with some knee problems and I found the beds very hard to get into(very high). Although a step stool was provided-it could also be a trip hazard in the middle of the night. Also coffee maker was on top of the refrigerator and I could not see to put water in-much taller hubby had to do it! Lastly-there was only one waitstaff in the lounge dining area on a Friday night!! She was extremely efficient, unflappable,and friendly and our food came out quickly(it was very good too),but I think there should have been more staff on a busy Friday night.

Disappointing and not worth the money

When we arrived at 1030 pm there was a pungent garbage smell in our hallway and in our rooms while the hallway was littered with garbage - linens left all in the hallway and housekeeping closet open with dirty linens overflowing. I received a text checking how our stay was after checking in and I texted our issues. I was offered a room freshener and was assured the housekeeping staff would be working through the night to address these issues. In the morning- the linens were still as they were the night before and the smell was horrible. Never heard back from the hotel representative. Very disappointing for the money.

Disappointing

Location

I checked my daughter into her room as she was traveling from ny for Christmas. Housekeeping went in her room which was a stay over and took out her soda and snacks and thought her room was a check out and the room wasnt used yet. Wh er n my daughter arrived Ed Ed t to room and realized what was missing and thx guy at the desk wasnt very helpful. They finally got her soda back but the snacks were gone. I asked for a noon check out on Christmas Day and housekeeping banged on the door at 1045 and said check out at 11 when I got a noon checkout.not a happy stay
