Everything was great

I did not eat breakfast there, but loved everything else about this hotel - size and cleanliness of rooms, very comfortable bed, wonderful shower, very pleasant and helpful staff, ease of booking, great location.

We want a longer stay!

Andrew was wonderful and welcoming! It was our first time visiting Vermont and he set the tone immediately. The suite was clean, comfortable, and met our needs.

I didnt like that our stay was so short!

Very clean! Plenty of space in a 2 room king suite to have children in bed while adults could relax and converse in the sitting area. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Staff was friendly and made the stay very pleasant. Good location, convenient to the highway but out of the traffic of downtown Burlington. Grocery store nearby to get food items, if needed. Overall, a great place to stay.

Prices are a little high when all the fees/taxes are added on..but it was a nice place, and did not disappoint. Would be nice if there were USB ports in the sitting area, rather than having to rely on charging units.

Good

The staff were very nice, they went out of their way to make sure my needs were well taking care of. It was conveniently located for my workshop.

The room could use a bit more cleanliness. The shower showed evidence of mold. The drawer under the TV always remained opened, it would not shut. I am sure the cleaning staff noticed as well. At this higher price, it just shouldnt happen.

No bent and fan for circulation. Do not cook any meat . Fire alarm witl ring it. Sofabed is so uncomporyable. Qiality is not enpugh good Other things are good good

I found MY HOTEL CHAIN!

The ENTIRE experience..the room, the bed, the SHOWER, the staff, breakfast..everyone was soo friendly...we will be back for certain!

The fire alarm went off..but they were quick about rectifying the problem

No Hot tub

The suite was well thought out, roomy and cozy!

In the photos it showed an indoor pool and hot tub. It was a cold, and rainy day when I arrived. As I checked in, I stated how happy I was going to be, to be able to relax in the hot tub! I was informed that it doesn't exist anymore. She apologized and stated that they need to remove those photos. I stated how very disappointed I was, that was the main reason why I booked with them in the first place
