The room itself and staff were perfect.

The smell in the hallway was off-putting ( smelled like feet), and the heat in the room was sooooo hot! Even when we tried to turn it down, it never went below 82 in December!!

Very good place, very good price, would highly recommend.

I liked that there was a full kitchen. A full size microwave and full size fridge were completely unexpected, but they were very welcome. The place was not luxurious, but it was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I would definitely would stay there again the next time I travel to Burlington, VT. I highly recommend the place to anyone traveling to Burlington, VT.

For its price, it is well worth the stay.

Free breakfast, free coffee 24/7, free water refills, lots of parking space

Washer and dryer on site were not working but the hotel did provide alternative arrangements with a neighboring hotel

The bed was comfortable despite the sheet not fitting the bed.

The sheets didnt fit the bed well enough for 2 people in a king size bed. Also the bathroom light in room 104 flickers before it turns on which could be dangerous if someone has light sensitivity.

Disappointing

Overpriced with noisy Jacuzzi

The suite was clean and comfortable

The Jacuzzi is completely unnecessary and super loud Guests around us were using it until late at night and starting at 7:30 am. It was like trying to sleep underneath Niagara Falls The hotel is showing its age anfd WAY overpriced

A gem in Burlington

The staff at reception and in the breakfast room were excellent. They were very helpful. There was a laundry on the property which helped us a lot. It was good to have breakfast included. The unit was like a whole apartment, very spacious and comfortable.

It would be good to have normal black tea and fresh pouring milk (instead of powdered creamer) in the room, for those of us who are not coffee drinkers
