Very disappointed that Booking. com and the hotel itself didnt make anyone aware of this.

Location!!!!

I was very disappointed that I wasnt notified prior to going to this hotel by you or either the staff when I showed up that the pool wasnt in working condition. One of the reasons that I chose this place was due to the pool. I was looking forward to my daughter and I swimming during our 3 night stay. Please, if theres something not available to guests when they have planned to stay at your hotel, let them know immediately. If I had known the pool was shut down during the days I had planned, I wouldve have looked at another hotel with a pool.

The pool is closed and it didnt state this anywhere, even when we checked in. The shampoo bottle in the shower was empty, inconvenient time to find that out. No water pressure in the shower.

A lovely town to visit any time of the year

Location. Staff was helpful and welcoming when we checked in. Was able to find places to eat within walking distance of the hotel. The view of the Lake Champlain from our hotel room was beautiful although the hotel is a fair distance from the lake.

My room card which is also needed to operate the elevator stopped working promptly at 11am. As a result I couldnt get back to my room. The front desk replaced the card twice and then came to the elevator with his own stack of cards, to let me get back to my room . It was an unsettling experience.

A nice stay in Burlington!

Things we liked: 1. Location! it is so close so everything. The city is very walkable and the location of this hotel def helped. 2. The staff were very friendly 3. The hotel was very clean 4. Bonus: it has a comedy club attached with cool events

Things we disliked: 1. The pillows - they were SO squishy and flat which made sleeping not so comfy. Asked for firmer, but all were pretty squishy 2. The layout of this hotel is a little weird which makes entering and accessing your room sometimes tricky These dislikes are super minor and we would overall recommend this hotel to someone coming to Burlington!

Disappointing

Noisy and Loud Air Conditioner.

Nice traditional hotel.

1)On site parking is NOT FREE. It requires valet parking which costs $22. 2) Buffet breakfast costs $18/person. 3) The AC is LOUD and NOISY!!! Very disruptive to your sleep.
