The pool is awesome. Very nice staff. Clean facility. Beautiful atrium! Good restaurants.

The room is too small for this money. No breakfast included unfortunately. Self parking is too expensive!!!

Bringing in 2024 at The Gaylord Palms Resort in Kissimmee

Christmas decorations were absolutely beautiful, as always. The rooms we stayed in were spotless, and the beds were very comfortable. Dinner at the Moor was gastronomic. The service was great. The staff was very friendly. Lunch and dinner at Wreckers was excellent, and those awesome pretzels (4 on your order) and burgers were also great. Check-in and out was excellent. I have been a Marriott customer for many years, both national and international. I will continue being a Marriott customer. Thank you.

For a New Year's weekend, our room was serviced the second day, but we had to ask for service the third day. The New Year's Buffet at Villa de Flora was ok, but nothing to brag about when you consider the price. We dined at 9:00pm. The dessert table was awful with only a small variety to choose from. The Italian presentation was very good. The shrimp were very nice. Some more boutique shops would be nice. One Bringing in 2024vmore upscale dining would be awesome. I still love my Marriott or Gaylord Palms Resort in Kissimmee.

The pool was wonderful, fun, pretty and clean! Breakfast great and the view from our room overlooking the pool was great. The gardens etc in the atrium wonderful

The pillows very uncomfortable! Lighting and carpets and decor in Everglades a bit dark and lacking.

Was good, but wouldnt come again because for price paid we didnt think it was worth it.

The Christmas decorations. Easy to get to.

Called 2 times by 4pm since we were waiting for room to be serviced and both times person sent did not do what was needed and didnt seem to understand English. Some food places were dirty. Definitely cleaning was not a priority.

We loved the atrium, pool/water park, winter wonderland & ICE.

When I booked my reservation, I requested an atrium view. I didn't expect to be facing the rooftop of Villa Flora. The room had an odor. however when I asked for another room, I was told there were no other rooms based upon my request. We also had an issue when trying to eat dinner at Wreckers Sports Bar. We got there at about 5:45pm on Saturday 12/30/23. The hostess told us there were 18 parties ahead of us and couldn't give us an estimated time however they were empty tables. The front desk manager was extremely helpful. I believe her name was Mariella. The manager at Wreckers was also very nice to us and made every effort to ensure we finally had a good dinner.
