Low expectations

Had a 7-11 fifteen steps away. Smooth digital check in process. Had a luggage storage area. A 10 minute walk from Sumiyoshi Station, which had elevators to and from the surface level. Had a LIFE supermarket between the station and the hostel.

Good for people with little luggage as required to haul up narrow staircase into room not wide enough to open a 24 inch suitcase. Bed had lice - got bites that only increased in number as the stay went on. No windows to open in dorm room or even glass for sun to shine through, which meant room stayed musky as everyone tried to dry their clothing/towels at night in a small closet/end of beds. Four beds, yet four bunking in two beds meant six people sharing limited space. No locker to store valuables in. Door very thin, could hear people going up and down the stairs. Food area could only sit two, and while tables in downstairs restaurant could be used during closed hours, nowhere to eat comfortably at night when restaurant was open.

Location: 10 mins walk from Sumiyoshi Station. Private Room: The bed was really comfortable. Room 201 is facing the main street, but it was not noisy. Shared bathroom: only one toilet on our floor, but was fine. *Suitable for travellers with little luggage, would need to carry upstairs.

Okay for a short visit when you dont need to rest for long periods of time.

The staff was always very polite when I asked questions through booking.com. The check in process was quick and easy and the location was convenient.

very crowded there are 4 beds in the room but there was like 6 people in the room along with all of their bags. apparently there were two couples staying in the room as well. this was a bit uncomfortable in many ways for me. there is a cleaning fee included but Im not sure what it includes. I found the restroom and shower room to be clean and tidy, but the blanket and sheets were not. there was hair that was not mines and many different kinds of hair as well as a stain on the sheet. Theres no place to store your valuables such as a locker. I was traveling with about 4000 USD worth of technology for work purposes so I was concerned what to do with these items when I wasnt at the accommodation. There is a bar/cafe downstairs, but its not specifically for us. theres no place to have a meal comfortably.

Very good

Good time with good bar master but the accommodation itself is OK.

There is a bar on the 1st floor and the master of the bar was very friendly and had good hospitality. The food and sake were amazing! There is a bath tab so if it is available it is a nice option for a cold day. Pretty clean rooms and good amenities, I think there were shampoo and so on.

The cleaning fee was not included in the accommodation fee. I chose this accommodation since it is quite cheap but it is not cheap with the fee. If the accommodation has too many guests, it will be too small and hard to spend time.

Unsatisfactory. Not worth the money. Very messy place.

Not much. Had a good view when the windows were opened. Bus stations nearby but no train stations in the area. Beside 7eleven. Can eat at the lounge area.

There was no bidet. There was no hot water. Only 1 pillow was provided. Owner said that he made a mistake and requested me to check the cabinets and closet. The washer's room was very cluttered. The cabinets were too high to be reached.

Very good

The dorm room is very clean with large beds, overall a very comfortable stay.

Very good value dorm room. The property was cleaned very well everyday. Very large comfortable bed with a curtain for privacy. There is a strong hot shower. Lots of other facilities available for example washer, dryer, iron, hot and cold water to drink.
