Location only

I was there in Jan 2024 and the property is not as shown in pictures, its tired and old, not maintained., bathrooms are not clean. Worst Marriott Bonboy, 4 points hotel I visited.

Superb

Very nice hotel in the city centre.

Extremely hospitable staff. Special mention to Pallavi at front desk and Sirisha at the Eatery.

The bathroom which was spacious and otherwise well equipped had only an overhead shower. A hand shower or spout would be handy specially when you just need to rinse your feet when coming in from outside.

It was absolutely substandard. Given the price of the room per night the hotel had absolutely nothing enticing about it. It looks like some old hotel. The food was not good either. I thought I was getting a good hotel for the price I had paid but I was disappointed. Thinking that it is owned by Sheraton I blindly booked it for four nights but its not good at all.

Parking is good.

Breakfast is really bad. Taste and everything served cold and your team didn't know how to make a strong South Indian filter coffee. Not tidy at all restaurant and cutlery
