Variety of restaurants. Large rooms, serviced a number of times during the day. Large selection of different types of pillows. Very friendly staff who were readily accommodating for all our requests and needs.

When I booked this hotel, I was not told that I was not in the main building of the hotel, and that it was not good for me at all because it had a long bad route, and no points were allocated for me, who is a good booking customer, and I did not like it at all. During the check-in, the lady who was doing the check-in did the job very fast and hurriedly and there was no welcome and I did not like it at all as a tourist, only the breakfast was good and the bar

Super service! For everything: restaurants (super food!), checkin, valet parking.

The rooms are already very old and used (scratched floors, old furniture). Spa is nice but very small.

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff but dining needs work.

The property was very clean and beautiful. Most staff were kind and helpful.

I would not recommend taking half board or full board as you are given a very limited selection and cannot eat at every restaurant. I did not feel like a valued guest at times at this hotel as Ive felt at others. When it came to dining, I think the staff are not as well trained or knowledgeable about what the hotel has to offer.

Customer satisfaction

I have booked in five west wing. The room heating system was not working.. i have met many issues until i met Amin, the night manager. He changed our stay, from being not satisfied to extremely pleased. He changed our room to a better one and he was extremely friendly. I really liked how he cares about customer satisfaction.

The room we accommodated in the beginning, has no heating system. Only cold air conditioning, which was not suitable for our stay during December.
