Great location to enjoy the city

Room was great, super clean with lots of space. Woman at front desk were super nice. Hotel had a great smell when you walked in

Breakfast was our let down. Got served two eggs that were completely raw, when asked again they were raw. Asked for bacon and was told they don't do bacon.

Nice hotel but did Not fulfill their Contract. The bathroom was about like a phone booth. The bathroom shown and Resrved. The paid room had a Full tub and glassed. In shower. No phone booth style shown. We asked for a change. They said No and offered a Refund! Most unprofessional.

Fantastic time, great location. Walk everywhere.

Clean, great location, friendly staff

Hard to control heat. Room was very warm with no air conditioning or heat thermostat in the room. Had to keep windows open. Also very warm where where breakfast is served.

Superb

Wonderful homey place.

The staff at the hotel makes you feel like family. They were all SUPER friendly and helpful. Ruth in the breakfast room, Jack, the housekeepers, and front desk staff were all wonderful. I couldnt find a time that I would say I wasnt satisfied. They were all among the friendliest Ive found. The location is excellent. A short walk to HB Train Station. Really loved the 2nd floor lobby and its familiar vibe. I wouldnt hesitate to stay here again. We even got a call from front desk when our room was ready.

1. Room 503 was among the smallest Ive been in Europe 2. Air conditioning is only available during summer. I suffer from high blood pressure and I need a cold room to sleep. They provided a fan which due to my allergies we were not able use.
