The location

Very noisy in the room from people in halls and above. Also the smell from the fondue restaurant below goes through the hotel.

Very comfy room / not the same for breakfast if youre vegan

Very comfortable room - great bed, clean and spacious bathroom. Restaurant below - although busy - does not interfere w noise when inside the room.

Hotel is above a busy restaurant - you have to bear with a terrible food smell from reception up to your room door (odor resembling some sort of sausages dish? not sure, but it was strong and really bad). Other than this very unpleasant smell, breakfast with close to none vegan options. I get that the country is not exactly know as the most vegan friendly, but also can't see how the hospitality wont adapt (and benefit!) from being more diverse and open when it comes to food availability.

Refreshing!

Recently renovated rooms had a modern take on traditional details. Very clean and they even had Toblerone chocolate on the pillows and if youre in need of food, fondue restaurant right downstairs! Close to the transportation to Zurich HB (5 min ride on the tram)

Very clean, room size was more than enough. Complimentry drinks in the mini bar. Friendly staff. Location was central in a pedestrian area but 5 minutes or less from several tram stations. Would definitely come back

Charming. Darling historic area. Super clean. Great restaurant - get a reservation, it's super popular. Helpful, polite staff. Easy walk to so many great sites. I would stay there again.

There was a very noisy bar nearby that had young people outside on the side street just down from our room. They were very noisy until at least 4 in the morning. That's when we left for the airport. I would recommend booking a room facing the front of the building, on the restaurant side.

Perfect location. Polite and attentive staff. Fondue restaurant right in the same building.

The stairs to get up to the reception. For people who carry heavy luggage it can be a menace.

Excellent location, small but comfortable rooms, good buffet breakfast and reasonably priced

The location of this hotel is fantastic, on the pedestrian street in the heart of Zurich. It's in walking distance from the main train station, and close to most main attractions in the city, from museums and monuments to the river and the lake. Walking and public transport allow you to go everywhere. The breakfast is great and served over long hours making it easy to adjust to the schedule of each traveler.

Rooms are very small but comfortable. Overall I still liked and enjoyed my stay!
