Nice and clean, great location. No ceiling fans or Good heater in the room

The property has a good location.

I didnt like that its a little outdated, heater unit its old. And i couldnt get cold water out of shower. Even trying the steps that they has for shower, didnt work.

Perhaps use different cleaning chemicals. Something with a more pleasant scent. It smells more like commercial, heavy duty, cleaning, pine solvents. When combined with the restaurant odors, well, it could be better.

Only halfway reasonably priced place to stay in Vail. The rooms are just fine and the hot tub / sauna are good. It's *almost* in the village - the shuttle can pick you up behind the hospital next door.

Nothing other than an overly sugary pastry for breakfast. The bar downstairs wasn't enticing and the restaurant closed every time I tried to go.

Excellent last minute early season ski getaway

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is super for walking to Eagle Bahn gondola and lionshead

Unfortunately the coffee pot at breakfast broke the morning we were there. Not the hotels fault but frustrating for us.

A beautiful spacious clean stay with lots of facilities and super friendly staff

The lodge was extremely clean and pristine, and was way beyond what we had expected. The room was ridiculously spacious and the staff was super responsive to our needs. First time visiting Vail and I fell in love with it, but the stay itself made it 10000x better. Would 10/10 recommend.

The propertys location is perfect for touring vail and the food choices on property were nice for anyone that was tired and didnt want to get dinner off property after a long day.
