Very good

Lovely place to stay, close to Vail, too!

Lovely, spacious room, comfortable bed. The off-site manager was very helpful when our room key got misplaced. Overall, very happy with the stay.

There was plenty of coffee, but no creamer/half/half, wish there was some! Otherwise, very happy with the stay.

Convenient and comfortable stay with parking in Minturn!

Great location, easy check-in and check-out, parking spots were key and so convenient.

Toilet seat was broken in Room 1 and falls over hitting my back every time I used the restroom, but should be an easy fix I think, just kind of annoying. Also, the Keurig machine wasnt working - I tried it twice but it wouldnt turn on to brew. Probably a big cost but covered parking would be even better - but big bonus to have parking right outside the door there.

Very clean on surface, but dog hairs found all over plaid + couch.

I like the overhaul comfort (bathroom + bed) and attention to hygiene on majority of surfaces.

Because I was cold, I decided to take the plaid available in the closet. Turns out it was completely covered with dog black & long hairs (I assume???). Passed the night having a slight allergic reaction to what I inadvertently spread all over the place... It was not z big deal but I noticed, the couch also had animal hairs on it before I used the plaid. Didn't think about taking a pic. I mean, idk how big is a deal for you, for me it's only thinking about washing these items.

Exceptional

Great location, affordable, and felt more like a home than a hotel.

Room was a nice size and quiet. I could not hear any of the other guests unless they were in the hallway. TV was definitely too small to enjoy from the bed but the WIFI made up for it haha. Great internet speed and connection. I would suggest putting a wifi booster near the top floor since I noticed the router was in the basement.

good location for Vail and surrounding areas.

No AC for hot days. Stairs carpet looked very dirty.

Disappointing

I would not stay here again

I liked the upgraded bathroom and walk in shower. Bedding was also good

Some of the windows and shades were broken. This was important because we had to have windows open due to no air conditioning. The street noise was also very loud. Very difficult to sleep
