The service at Embassy Suites by Hilton Baltimore at BWI Airport was mixed. The restaurant closed earlier than advertised, disappointing one guest. However, the breakfast was excellent. The rooms wer (Read More)e clean but needed some maintenance. Despite this, guests found the hotel beautiful and well-stocked. The staff was respectful and helpful. Some guests enjoyed the amenities like the complimentary drinks, hot breakfast, and spacious rooms. However, others experienced issues such as broken shower and jacuzzi jets.

Great Experience

Excellent customer service skills from the front desk , the bartenders and the maintenance staff. I had a issue with the shower my first morning, after calling the front desk maintenance responded within ten minutes and fixed the issue immediately ! You had a young man who did a excellent job providing security during the Evening hours I observed patrolling the parking lot as I pulled up and later he was posted near the front door greeting residents and providing a strong security presence. Happy hour was great , my room was spacious and comfortable the common areas were clean and spacious , parking was no problem just a overall great experience. I've stayed at multiple hotels in the area Embassy suites is definitely the best !

The restaurant service was very slow on Saturday night , one hour for burger and fries , is ridiculous they were definitely under staffed in the kitchen area .

My room wasnt cleaned and there was drilling noise that was never addressed I could barely rest or hear on my work calls it was so loud
