The room was extremely cold and the resolution was to give me a space heater. The bathroom tub was filthy dirty and the water would not drain.

Great location, pet friendly, extensive breakfast included, clean room, attentive staff

Little things were annoying like a running toilet, the flap was bad and it had to be manually adjusted every time it was used....the shower tub drain was slow...the shower curtain needed repair....would have been nice if the mini fridge had a freezer component.....needed some extra pillows for the pullout sofa...

Comfortable Rooming

The location there is a shopping center close by. The free amenities, breakfast, happy hour, and free parking during my visit in October.

1. Did not have a phone in the room. Had to call the front desk from my mobile phone. 2. The front desk information indicated happy hour 5:30- 7:30 pm, kitchen personnel removed food 5pm. They said that the time period changed and info was not updated. 3. Guest will have to start paying for overnight parking starting November 1st, 2023. Why? It has been free parking on the parking lot since the 1980's.
