friendly staff, good location, close to the strip, the "dome" and the airport, the free parking is a real plus there was always a spot availabe. it has 2 good restaurants BBQ/ american located at the casino (10 % discount when you show yr room key), and the "front yard" is a real nice beergarden with a gret beer selection from own brewery and great food options

having to ask to have the room done, i dont need new bed linnens echt day nor towels, but would like to have the waste bins emptied each day and a check on toilet paper, now i had to ask for it. staying for a week straight i would expect more initiative from the hotel

Very good, standard hotel.

Staff was unhappy, they did not smile even one second when they were checking me in. They should be more polite.

Enjoyable, and great location near Stip and the new Sphere!

Location, facilities, and nice staff. Price was good!

Internet connections was problematic. Plus our email got hacked during our stay there, so our account had to be shut down until our internet tech support could fix and verify security again. Plus our room location on main floor had our window facing the parking lot between the hotel and casino. So a bit of noice and traffic, off and on, until 2:00 AM. As we were travellers en route to California, that room was not a good choice for a good nights sleep.

Free parking, close to the strip, decent price.

The Wi-Fi connection process for Apple users (including iPhones, iPads, and Mac computers) is not automatic after the first connection and is inconvenient. You have to follow the correct combination steps every time you use the device - figured out after asking the staff's help multiple times. The air conditioner in the room is noisy. I also hear the air conditioner outside the room, near the exit, as well as the neighbor's toilet flush in the middle of the night. No fitness center, and the pool is closed during the winter season.

Nice location, clean and quiet, free parking

Location: relatively close to all major attractions: the Sphere, MGM Grand, etc. There is a bus stop just outside the hotel. Free parking. Quiet and clean room.

The room was far from the elevator and it was a bit tricky to locate in the corridors.

Good location, coffee machine in the room.

When the room next to yours is free, the fan in that room is always running.. The fan is very noisy. I had to ask the receptionist many times to turn off the fan. Sometimes the administrators helped me, sometimes they didn't. I spent a lot of time trying to make the room quiet. If you don't want to live with constant fan noise, don't stay at this hotel.
