All time 3 days I was bother that I need to pay 300 euro

They charge me additional 300 euro, even I have mail from booking that I paid my fuel fee. no one want to talk with me from the management, receptionist only repeat same sentence that I need to pay without dialog or thinking....

Great rooms, very clean. Friendly and helpful staff.

Room was great, very comfortable and clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Location is a quieter part of Rome but still walking distance to the Vatican, and also close by shopping and restaurants. Would highly recommend!

Excellent location, welcoming staff and good clean and comfortable room.

Great location with a short walk to the Metro. Breakfast was spot on with a good choice. Room fine with a very comfortable bed! Staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble for them .

We liked the room which was well furnished and cleaned daily, the staff at the hotel were very informative and friendly. Our breakfast had a very good choice and was tasty. The district of the hotel was in a good area with access to see all the main tourist sites in Roma.
