A clean homestay with a balcony and perfect views of Mt Agung and the ricefields. We LOVED IT!

A perfect 3-day stay and a beautiful end to our trip. We engaged our homestay owner , Komang, for transfers to the homestay and then to the airport. Komang took extra care to check traffic to the airport well ahead of time in order to ensure we set off early to avoid delays. (we were due to return on New Years Eve). We also engaged Komang for all our temple tours. The homestay is very clean and has perfect views of Mount Agung. We enjoyed all 3 days of our stay and were completely relaxed. We also rented scooters from the homestay. Cafes, eateries and the beach are all a stone's throw away from the homestay. We hope to return.

Nothing much at all. everything was good and we managed well. A suggestion for slight improvement would be that the shower could be a little stronger. But everything else in the bathroom was good.

No mirror in the room. They only provide the mirror in the bathroom. I have to do my makeup and skincare in the toilet.

The place is OK for a short stop, especially if you're traveling north and want to be at that end of Amed. If youre sensitive to noise, keep in mind that its close to the main road and youll hear the traffic passing by. And they helped with the luggage, so that was positive. But all the hotels in Amed where I stayed will help you to arrive at their location, if you don't have transport yourself.

Unpleasant smell, especially in the bathroom and of mattress or pillow on the bed. Brown stains on towel. I was sold an upgrade just to find out afterwards, that the WiFi was not working in that room. This wasn't so great, especially as I need to work online. But the handling of the situation was the main issue. After I pointed it out, the only response was oh, yeah No awareness, that there is an obligation to fulfill their part of the contract. The attitude "we're just a homestay" doesn't justify not following up on facilities advertised and the same goes for lack in hygiene. As a host you cannot sneak out of responsibility by using this excuse. And if there is a technical issue, be fair at least and communicate it, and don't trick people into an upgrade which isn't none.

Nice place in Amed

Amazing view from your balcony, watching sunset & sunrise with Mt Agung as your landscape was pretty special. Room was big & spacious with a water machine, kettle. & fridge etc. lovely hosts & only a short walk or drive to the beach.

You can hear some noise from the road in the evenings, and if its windy at night which it was when we were there then it whips through the doors through to the bathroom which kept us up unfortunately. We resorted to leaving the patio doors open in the end to reduce the noise from the wind which seemed to work

Title: A Disappointing Experience at a Hotel in Amed Rating: (2/5) I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at a hotel in Amed, and I must say it was one of the worst experiences I have encountered during my frequent visits to Ame. As my regular accommodation was fully booked, I reluctantly chose this hotel, hoping for a decent stay. However, my expectations were far from met. Upon entering the room, it became evident that cleanliness was not a priority. To my dismay, I discovered rat droppings behind the bed, which was not only unhygienic but also extremely off-putting. The presence of mold in the fridge further added to the disappointment, raising concerns about the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the establishment. The condition of the saucepans provided for making hot drinks was appalling. They were in a disgusting state, which made me question the hotel's commitment to basic cleanliness standards. Additionally, despite the hotel's claims of having numerous facilities, the reality was quite the opposite. The absence of coffee, a basic amenity in most hotels, was an inconvenience. Another major letdown was the internet connection. The hotel boasted about its facilities, including internet access, but the reality was a poor and unreliable connection. Upon raising the issue with the owner, I was met with indifference and was simply told that everything was fine. This lack of concern for guest satisfaction was disheartening. Furthermore, the unpleasant smell permeating the entire premises, reminiscent of feces, made the stay even more uncomfortable. It is disconcerting to encounter such conditions in a place that is supposed to provide comfort and relaxation.

Very good place to stay which I recommend strongly. Owners are lovely and very helpful. Perfect place to stay in Amed!

The view was amazing, loved the balcony for breakfast with a view. Owners were lovely, very available and helpful. Thanks to them, life was easier and we dis amazing activities!
