We loved Rome and this hotel was superb location with lots it eateries close by

Excellent location for all the sights

We did have some noise from the flat above the was not part of the hotel as we were in the annex

Good location but room only ok

The property was very well located.

To be honest the main thing was the smell. They use old fashioned cleaning products with a lot of ammonia so it smells like cat pee, which ruins the luxury feel of the hotel room. Also I think there is something wrong with the pipe/vent traps in the bathroom so other smells came into the bathroom. It made an otherwise nice hotel not very nice.

Spacious and secure suite with helpful, friendly staff in a fun and perfect location in Rome!

Large room/junior suite; plenty of room to keep your bags and spread out. Large bathroom. Privacy Friendly staff Felt very secure. Perfect location central to shops and restaurants and sights. Love this area of Rome.

The room was very minimal, no frills. Not aesthetically pleasing but absolutely fine. It was adequate without going above and beyond.

Extremely disappointing

Nothing much. Im never one to complain about hotels but this hotel was not value for money at all, it was a very small room and the facilities provided were not up to scratch for a 4 star hotel

The size of the room, the facilities, we asked for a double bed and this got confirmed but we were met with 2 singles. The remote control fell apart when picking it up, the mini fridge was dirty, the courtyard view was a picket fence with false flowers outside of a shutter. When speaking to reception about our concerns/complaints, the receptionist shrugged her shoulders and told me theres nothing they can do.

Exceptional

So much of your stay anywhere depends on your lodgings. Duca d'Alba made our stay terrific.

The staff was amazing. My wife and I had to make it to the hotel after our train from Abruzzo broke down. Tired exhausted we were greeted by two smiling faces: Tania & Elisa. What a warm and needed welcome! The rest of staff were great too, Angelo, Christian, Max, Lucy, Georgio, and even the ladies who cleaned our room cared about us. The room was a great refuge and certainly a 4-star rating. Great value. Great location; we could've crawled to the Colosseum it was so close.

The breakfast was a little slim, but no biggie we ate out anyways. The room was a little small but we expected that. We had a patio that compensated for it.

Very good

Everything is perfect. The room is small but has smart design.

WIFI is roo bad in my room, so you need to be close to the door room for better access. The shower needs to be fixed where every time you have a shower, the floor goes wet. There's a bad smell at the corridor between rooms. The window in may room is very small and look to the opposite wall.
