Really wonderful stay! Highly recommend

I really appreciate how the property took note of my requests and made them happen. The rooms we booked have a very lovely rice paddy view! As a light sleeper, I really appreciate the peace and quiet of the place. We had a wonderful rest and sleep. Note that this place is beside a nightclub, Da Maria. We had no troubles with it cause we were situated on a quite location! The air conditioning on one room works perfectly! The rooms just had the right amount of space. Bathrooms were well equipped. The complimentary toothbrushes were of great quality. Bottled waters, new towels, toothpaste, toothbrush and other complementaries were provided daily. The rooms were also cleaned daily. TVs were working fine with good selections of international channels. The pool was kept clean! The staff were awesome. Easy to talk to and made sure we were well taken cared of. Kept our belongings after check out! I love our stay in this place! I wish they'd continue the upkeep of this place as this has really great potential. Tbh, reading some reviews made me not have high hopes even before our stay. But this has exceeded my expectations. I loved how this is walking distance from really good food places, stores, even beach clubs. We celebrated nye at the potato head beach club and after a long night, it's so good that we can just walk back and not bother with the traffic and transport scammers

One of the bedrooms had issue with the air conditioning. Took time before it got to a comfortable temperature. We had to call multiple times before it got ok.

Awful service, disgusting rooms and no wifi.

The location

We used to stay in this property under Aveda Boutique but ever since they changed the management as Dprima everything went downhill. The room is dirty, wifi does not work, the staff not as friendly as before and there isnt proper communication between FO and Technicians. After our 3rd night without wifi, we complained to the receptionist. The receptionist told us they would send someone. We waited for 3 hours they did not send anyone and when we followed up, they told us it was fixed, which was not true, so they told us to wait in the room so that we could speak with the technician . 1h later the technician finally arrived, but couldnt fix the problem. Since we still had 4 nights, we asked to change room to somewhere with good wifi. The whole thing was an absolute chaos because at the first the substitute room that they gave us was dirty, old and covered in molde. This whole process took almost the whole day, from 8am since we first reported up until 5pm. After I was fee up and wanted to find a new hotel, I asked them for a refund. Only then they suggested a room upgrade to somewhere that actually had wifi. But because the room hadnt been used a long time, it had loads of dead bugs all over the floor. And apparently they do not have internet access for the entire 3rd and 5th floor being that the reason why they couldnt move us to a room in those floors. But they were still checking in hpeople in those rooms without telling them they wouldnt have wifi.
