Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was brilliant.

Very nice and great location with car parking.

Breakfast was ok. We were held up getting back into our bedroom on the 2nd day for 2 hours at 2.30pm despite asking staff to please make the bed three times.

Disappointing

The lady in charge of breakfast was excellent, food was fresh and tasty, plenty of choice and all food was plentiful. The dinner the night before was ok, but service was poor, no knowledge of what things were on the menu, tables werent clean, cutlery was mixed sets, it was just not a good experience The position was great, easy to walk into town

Evening meal. Gappy window which we complained about and were told it would be looked at but later found out that there wasnt anyone on duty. In the end we asked for tape to tape it all up, which was effective but ugly.

Most things including the food and staff And Christian the head waiter amazing

I had 6-8 year old children and couldnt get food on Xmas Day as it was a pre booked Xmas dinner only We only booked a couple of weeks before and received no notification that we couldnt order a meal in the restaurant and had to find a restaurant with hell FTP. Reception at the only available Restaurant nearby at the cost of 190 There was no e mail or warning at check in the day before Very disappointing
