The location was great although I wished to have a sunrise villa. I wished that this was clear between subset and sunrise villa in booking. The private beach was great but the sunrise and royal villas have more privacy than sunset villas as people used to cross walking in front of our villa.

The cost is exagurated and expensive comparing to the value.

Lots of activities, we got the values for the price we paid Swimming pool are warm The Beach is clean and very easy to access The chalet is clean There were many shows which the kids enjoyed The fun zone prices are affordable There was cat shop which give the kids great experience

The only comment about bicycle rent price which is over priced

The segregation of male and female makes no sense. There are swimming pools for family but I was not allowed to swim with my daughter. I travelled alone with my two kids and could not swim with both of them. Had to rent a pool which was hot as a sauna because they tienes the heater by mistake. Has an incident with a guy in the door of the female spa while waiting on my daughter he was shirtless pushing an old lady in a wheelchair and complaining of me standing there waiting to my daughter that was inside asking for information. Had another incident in one of the restaurants where I asked if we could eat by the pool and they told me sure, just order to take away and then afterwards they told me it would be 40 minutes and refuse to give me at least the entrance/starters as everything would be deliver at once. The room was not clean. The toilet was falling apart. Like this had many incidents that made the stay very uncomfortable.

Good stay with mixed feelings..!

The property is really great, its really big in size with many swimming pools, kids aqua park, watersport activities, fun zone, horse riding etc.. I didn't go for the loopagoon as my family didn't want to take the bigger water rides. The size of the rooms were big, the view of the beach was amazing. The beach itself was nice and clean, the water was shallow but good for the kids swimming. Great location, the beach, my kid enjoyed playing at the beach and swimming pool. According to my kid this she enjoyed a lot and she says the stay was wonderful. The staff at the facilities department were good.

Some of the things need serious improvement, as they are taking the feeling of pleasure/enjoyment away from the guests. - First thing is the staff behaviors at receptions is something requires serious revamp. When I arrived at the reception, I was told to wait, but while I was waiting with my family in the reception, other guys who came after me were being attended and they didn't care about me at all. Later after 30 mins of waiting I literally went and stood in front of one of the reception guy to have myself attended. Initial impression was like "It was a big mistake...choosing this place" - I had to call 3 times to the reception to get the correct WiFi password. WiFi was miserable though, used my mobile data all of the time in the resort. - Calls to the reception were deemed useless. - My access key to the room was blocked after the first night stay. - I am really grateful of the guy Shopan, he helped me 2 times to get inside my room, when my key was blocked after the first day during my 2 night stay. Also he called the reception to get me a replacement key, my calls were not being answered at the reception.

Exceptional

Staff was very nice and approachable. They extended my checkout till late so I had full day to enjoy the beach. Also room service food was excellent taste. Its packed in take away boc but was delicious and not too pricey. Overall I enjoyed stay very much.

Price is a bit too much, they should lower them and have more people coming. Since resort was emtpy also restaurant by the beach was closed which is a big disappointment. However I was happy at the same time not having crowded place, had maximum privacy and rest.

Mixed feeling

The place was very nice clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly

As a tourist here in Saudi, we didn't have any car so when we wanted to complete check out no car was provided to drive us to the reception area. My husband had to take a long walk back and forth and we had to takeour luggages walking all the way to the restaurant. Such service should be logically provided in a very big resort. Moreover, Access to the beach isn't easy no aisles or place to walk only hard rocky sand, and the big disappointment is no chairs or sun-bed were provided at the beach, which is shocking to be honest !!
