A nice relaxing experience with great food

Stayed for one night on New Years Eve Exceptionally clean , cleaners deserve praise for their hard work. Decor is atmospheric and luxurious. The food is fantastic, highly recommend it . The waiters were hard working and attentive at all times. Not a cheap place to stay but you get what you pay for . Staff were friendly , professional and very helpful . Id definitely stay again .

Only complaint is the bed was far too soft . On checkout I was told I could have asked for a mattress topper . I dont see how that would have helped on top of an already soft mattress .

Decent stay but rooms arent soundproof

Cosy feel, large sized room

Rooms arent very soundproof, could hear noise from the outdoor street & corridors most of the night. Windows dont open in the standard room we had. Car park outside is very small & full, the nearest citi car park is not safe or secure to park in either. We ended up parking in another car park which is a 5min walk.

Stylish hotel in good location but expensive.

Stylish and luxurious hotel with welcoming reception area, great cocktails, good food and great lobby and bar. Good location.

Overly soft and uncomfortable bed where you literally roll into the middle. Reception staff are professional but perfunctory - felt like they were going through the motions. Good stay but hugely overpriced for a fairly standard room.
