Guests had a fantastic stay at Crowne Plaza Manchester City Centre, praising the spotless room, friendly and helpful staff, well-stocked club bar, and fabulous breakfast with plenty of choice. The ho (Read More)tel's central location was ideal for exploring Manchester. Another guest appreciated the great location for attending a gig at Century Hall, and noted the excellent service from the bar staff, including making late-night toast for a drunk guest.

Perfect and would definifely stay again.

A perfect stay with 2 children whilst on a christmas trip ice skating and to the Opera House Theatre to see a show. Amelia the Manager went the extra mile for our group and made our stay special with her kindness. A lovely welcome card in the room and complimentary drinks. Her phone call regarding my child's allergy was valued and I've never had a hotel do this before so the effort and care made was greatly appreciated. Even down to informing the kitchen staff. Comfy beds, central to everything you need in Manchester and you can walk easily to your destination. Thanks for a wonderful Christmas stay Crowne Plaza.

Stay here you wont regret!

Staff were absolutely fantastic! Had check in at 3pm, the lady Lilly I believe was flat out at the desk with people and trying to check people in early Saturday morning on New Years Eve! Considering my partner was sick all morning as we had a 5am flight she still Managed to let us check in early! Every member of staff greeted us in and out of the hotel daily and where so so helpful in every way possible, they even let us check out for 2pm rather then 11am because of our flight times! Unbelievable staff! Lilly deserves a raise or something. Also the breakfast buffet was amazing best I had in a long long time with other options on menu to choose from! Will defo be back again if visiting Manchester wont get a better place to stay for value and moneys worth! Thanks again!

Good hotel near metro line and Victoria station.

Good sized room, comfy large bed, lovely breakfast. Staff were really nice.
