Very good

Simple place in a nice area, the staff is friendly. Easy to travel from here to other places in Kolkata. Some good coffee and restaurants in walking distance.

The room was so dirty and stinky bed sheets and pillow cover was full of blemishes ,poor quality washroom.Probably the worst experience I have ever had.save yourself from wasting money.

Horrible experience

I like nothing, the room was dirty not at all clean the bedsheet and blanket was used and had stains in it. The bathroom was not clean for ages and the lights were not working as well.

The staff behaviour and the service. Even after repeatedly telling it they were not cleaning the room and changing the bedsheet. The room was used and proper room service was not done.

Would recommend to others only if major improvements are made in the areas I mentioned above underQ2

Staff were very very courteous. Location was very good with nice restaurants in the vicinity. Uber options were available in plenty close to the hotel. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was big with a good shower. Nice view from balcony of the floor. We were allotted a room close to the floor balcony

There was a common washing machine inside our room corridor just outside our bedroom. That was accessed by staff and we felt like once we were inside the main door, there was still invasion of our space as staff could still come in. Even our bedroom door didnt have any key and once we lock it by pressing door knob, we couldnt open and the staff had to come and open it for us. During rains, the water from the balcony seeped under our main door and if not careful, someone coming from bedroom to go to the bathroom could slip and have serious injury. Food options were Bread Butter, Bread Omelette and Puri Cholar Dal, which was GOOD. But we expected much more seeing the wide spread on the Booking.com website photos. What u see on Booking.com was not what we got But again, all things said and done, STAFF BEHAVIOUR AND EAGERNESS TO SOLVE OUR PROBLEMS was the one reason I am not giving very poor rating. That was the BIG PLUS which forces me to give medium rating
