Brilliant relaxed stay over New Year's

Amazing staff, great facilities (gym & pool are great), brilliant rooms and good food! The NYE party looked great although we didn't go unfortunately as had other plans. Highly recommend this hotel!

The location isn't amazing but taxi/scooters are super easy to hire plus the hotel shuttle service is great. The TV in our room didn't work very well but that's not why we came to Bali so it's a minor point!

Not a 5 star hotel

The room was comfortable, the main restaurant -pool area was nice with very friendly staff and the food was great.

The private pool of the room was dirty and the water was cold. It was only decorative as We never got inside. The rooms tv old,and the water boiler broke. And finally, the access to the hotel not good because of the terrible roads

Had a great stay at Cross Bali Breakers

Beds are amazing, so is the staff. Very friendly. Private pool is also very nice. Water temperature is good. Shower is also very nice and has a good water pressure.

The cross fit gym is quite small. No bike or rowing device. Location is a bit far from the beaches and most restaurants, but it can be done on scooter easily

It was nice, but a lot of things to improve

We enjoyed the pool and our private villa, staff was extra friendly and helpful, amazing people. Overall everything was clean, no insects.

Food is overpriced for the quality and overall weak for the five star hotel. Breakfast was also poor. Villa looks much more polished in the photos. Hotel has three pools, BUT you can actually use only one of them, because infinity pool was dirty all the time, but second one was without sunbathing spots. Also beach towels were extra washed out. Plus hotel is located in the middle of nowhere, so get ready to use taxi for everything. The quality is not for this price point.
