Great location, very good staff.

Scenic location, staff courtesy and promptness.

Frequent power outages. House flies. Narrow access to the resort. Insufficient toiletteries. The swimming pool can be cleaner.

Overall pleasant stay

The best part was the hospitality shown by the owner of the property and the staff.

The upkeep of the area near the riverfront needs special attention as it is the USP of the entire projects in the area.

Rooms New, but no toilotery at all. Food also very average. Not at all worth for the money paid for.

Rooms are brand New, so no smell and linen were all good.

The access to resort. The worst ever possible as you have to walk on a haft feet water drain all along. Very very risky and really dangerous. Not recommended at all for elderly people to ever visit.

Overall it's a good hotel for a budget stay.

The property is new. Location of the hotel and cleanliness of rooms.

The property is new but still not complete in all respects. The rooms were clean. However, service needs to be improved especially the quality of food, room service, and timing of foodservice. Location, near riverside, is good for a leisure stay. Access to the hotel is a bit cramped but hotel personnel shall take care. Not kids friendly (except for small swimming pool) and for stay with family crowd matters. I didn't feel it is fit for families as of now. hopefully, it will change in the future.
