Disappointing

This place has changed so much. Not for the good

Nothing really.

This was about our 10th stay here. There were so many changes. The morning breakfast was not started after covid. The bed was 31" which meant for someone who was a little short they had a had time getting into bed. We were surprised at the $15 per day parking charge. They never had that before. There were so many things in disrepair. Our door and the door next to Us stuck. so they made a loud noise going in or out. I went to get a snack from the vending Machine and it was empty. We were so disappointed

Best option for short stays in the Belmont area

Rooms are a good size with a convenient bathroom setup. Hotel is easy to find

The aircon is very loud and the pillows in need of replacing

Very poor - we stayed here many years ago but now very very poor for the price

Easy drive from long beach airport

Room was very dark and outdated Air con was so noisy it was impossible to sleep with it on and even with it off the neighbour's air con kept us awake We had to leave and find somewhere quieter to stay after two nights despite paying for 3 nights

Very hospitable. Nice, kind and very warm. Would definitely come again just for a quite getaway. I love the fact that I really don't have to leave the compounds of the hotel for anything.

Very good

Good value and great location for our needs

The location was great for us, and upon request we were given an ADA compliant room, which was very comfortable for our stay. We didnt notice a refrigerator, but would have liked one. The staff who greeted us and helped us with our room was truly thoughtful and helpful.

We couldnt get our TV to work, but to be fair it was late at night so he didnt want to call and ask about it.

Beds were comfy. The pool area was very nice. staff was kind and helpful

We rented 3 rooms, one was not fully cleaned, air conditioning units were old and very loud. the neighborhood was not the best but there was areas to eat in walking distance.
