Very good

Stay was comfortable and the food prepared there was exceptional good though slightly costly.

The room set up as well as the restaurant

The health hose installed in the bathroom is of inferior quality and has no flexibility ( Room 314). The water closet installed height is too low and reasonably tall people will find it difficult to use comfortably.

Great hotel

We had a wonderful stay. Hotel was clean, comfortable and close to where we needed to be. The staff were lovely the restaurant food tasted good and was served in generous portions. It was a beautiful trip.

There was some confusion about the room charges and the exchange rate that eventually got sorted out. I wasn't thrilled with the response time from the hotel on this but it ultimately resolved in a clear way. Other small things worth noting- room didn't come with a safe even though it was listed in the amenities (we had to ask), the tv/remote wasn't working and needed to be fixed (this happened easily) and our key cards regularly would stop functioning. I was told that this was because they were kept near credit cards but it still kept happening- once I used it in the elevator and one minute later it wouldn't open my room lock.

My Family-Ladies were not treated well, not good food, I made a wrong choice.

Location was good but the breakfast was not at all good..I ordered Idly - room dining and it was horrible.

My Family-Ladies were not allotted with room despite we informed very clearly our arrival time in the booking...we were so disappointed and went through lots of trouble.and mental torture.

Disappointing

The food options, quality and presentation is poor. Chef probably not familiar with western dish even as simple as Greek salad. One of our main meal was missed, and my dad had to wait long after we reminded them.
