Great location, but the "Superior" King Room is pretty basic.

We loved how close it was to South Bank. Literally walking distance, the staff were lovely at the front desk & having a Cafe downstairs is great if you're in-need of a coffee or a quick breakfast.

For a Superior king room, the room was surprisingly basic & the bed was quite hard. The rooms aren't well sound proofed.

Very pleased with my stay

The location is great as it's a short walking distance from South Bank. I really liked that I was able to park my car in the hotel carpark in the morning, long before I was able to check in. The room and bed were comfortable, spacious, and spotless. The staff was helpful and friendly. Having the little cafe downstairs was also great for breakfast and coffee. The check out time of 11 am is great.

I had trouble setting up the smart TV to chromecast, but overall it was ok. There is nothing else to add on the stuff I didn't like.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. We were made to feel very welcome

Rooms were clean and fresh. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and very helpful. The facilities were very good and user friendly. Location was convenient and we felt it was great value for money.

Honestly nothing we had a great time.
