Amazing

Coral Cliff Beach Resort was the best place we stayed in Thailand. It is even better than photos. Te beachs was very photogenic, the endless pool was amazing and the breakfast was very nice. The staff is so polite and nice, they tried to do everything they could for you.

There is no hanging rack for clothes in the balcony, if would be realy nice to have it.

This hotel has the potential to be amazing where they could charge more because of being the only reef on the island however it massively needs updating. The rooms were the best part of the hotel, very spacious and modern they just need to follow that through the rest of the hotel. The view was amazing and the staff particularly the house keeping were great. Our sheets were fresh everyday!

The hotel itself needs a massive facelift. The pool, walk ways, restaurant and everything that was a communal area needs brightening, cleaning and just updating. The beach was also very dirty, as a beach resort they should try and organise a beach clean up. It's very sad to see so much plastic in the water. That being said we didn't have the best weather so maybe things got washed up that wouldn't normally be there. The last thing is the WiFi wasn't strong and the shower would go hot and cold.

Everything was perfect, very friendly staff. We had the villa with sea view which was amazing, very spacious and clean. The breakfast had loads of options to pick from which was great. Room service, pool was very nice and great size. The only thing is you will need to get taxi to go to town or motorbike, which wasnt a problem for us. You get a welcome drink on arrival which was super nice, and the staff take your luggage to the room. Overall an amazing stay! Would definitely recommend.

This hotel was not at 4*, the area around the room was dirty and not maintained, the room was next to the beach which was great but it was super noisy and dark at evenings.

Poor customer care

The beaches and infinity pool were lovely. Being able to walk around the beaches was needed after a full breakfast. Room service and food prices was really good.

Not being collected or taken back to the pier as a part of the booking. I thought all hotels did that without a charge. So, it started badly. We arrived a little early as we had an afternoon tea booking elsewhere but we're told there was no chance of getting into our room before 2. I know check in time is given but we all know hotels start cleaning at 12 so they can be flexible but there was no attempt to help here. Then they put our friends' room number on our bags and vice versa. We asked if they could call a taxi for us but we're told to stand out on the road, again an easily resolved issue which just shows care for your customers. Unfortunately for the reception staff we know some Thai so to hear them saying we were rude and why should they help us as we went to find a taxi, was upsetting. When we returned, our bags were still in reception. Any other hotel would have put them in your room already. Unfortunately for the reception staff we know some Thai so to hear them saying we were rude and why should they help us as we went to our rooms, , was upsetting. Our friends were taken to their room but my son and I had no idea where our room was and were told it was the same way but it was a floor lower and we had no idea so had to wait and then the man was surprised we were still there but then was helpful.

Uncomfortable terrible experience.

The swimming pool and the view is good but totally not worth it

1- The water pressure is really really low that will make you think that there is no water at all. 2- water temperatures basically uncontrollable. 3- the rooms are very old and rusty. 4- so much bugs and even we had a lizard in our room. It was a terrible experience. 5- We asked to change our room and the alternative room was so much worse than the one before. 6- Overpriced. Totally not worth it. Even for free i wouldnt stay there again.

Superb

Breathtaking!

Location location &location!!! What an absolutely breathtaking place to wake up to every morning. The pool area is great and we loved the infinity pool. Breakfast was nice and we ate at the restaurant in the evening and the food was enjoyable.

The staff had difficulty understanding English. The prices of alcohol at the pool was high so we walked down to the store and purchased our own and brought it in our travel mugs to enjoy the water and sunshine around the pool. Would be nice if they offered daily pool drink specials as this would have encouraged us to buy from the hotel.

Everything. Super staff, facilities, location, massage, foodand price

Just small things. Like the edge of the horizon pool by the water line was grubby because the tiles are porous and the sun bed matresses were of a difficult material to keep clean
