Pleasurable place to visit.

Breakfast was one of the best of any hotel at which we have stayed. Room was clean and well furnished. Saff was friendly and efficient.

incidental fees gouge good customers

Mattress was comfortable. Breakfast was fresh, replenished and tasteful.

Beds were way too high. Had to help seniors in. No step stools. Got charged twice for "incidentals" fee $100!!! Desk could not refund. Had to return several times to get it adjusted. And fee was not automatically returned. So for days I had no access to my money nor was paid back interest for that term. Theft. New, hidden fee pricing tiers forced me to now pay on booking which undermines entire purpose and core benefit of Booking.com services!!!

Location/style-lobby was very nice /room was nice/free breakfast

Toilets were very low / ants in each of the rooms we stayed in -(stayed twice)NO Dressers?? Appreciate the refrigerator and microwave but loose the bench and add dresser space

Excellent hotel in a perfect location with comfortable rooms and exceptional staff members!

I loved the proximity to I-90. I also loved the fact that there is a gas station, Stewarts, and Dunkin Donuts right beside the hotel! The breakfasts were outstanding and started at 6:00 AM. I cant wait to stay here again! Thank you for accommodating my early check-in as well.

We were here for my father's Memorial Service. We came 2 weeks ago to visit my Dad in the hospital. Looking forward to coming back for a vacation with the family.
