A beautiful accommodation with a staff that is like own family.

The cosy old fashioned cottage away from modern facilities. The location is few steps away from restaurants and gondola.

Location, room was clean and spacious.

Firstly, we were given the wrong key when we checked in. The doors were a hassle to open, also could not control the heat, therefore burning up all night. The website stated there was an option for a paid breakfast however we were told on check in that the kitchen was close and that food was unavailable. We were asked by another staff member after check-in if we were told that there would be no one available after 5pm, which we weren't aware of initially, and that they'll leave an emergency number because staff members leave the hotel at 5pm. Water was shut off without advance notice and there were no alternate recommendations or arrangements. Therefore we could not use the facilities. There were no one present at the desk to check out , the gates we still closed in the office after 8am, so we just left keys on the counter. Our over all experience has been that we felt abandoned and unattended too, we did not expect to celebrate our wedding anniversary in this manner. We have trusted the Hyatt brand in the past and it has been a good experience however this time was truly disappointing. Just an FYI , each time you leave the hotel, and you need to return to the hotel parking. you must go inside grab the chain gadget which is attached to a key card, wave it in front of the reader to open the gate , then return it to the front desk.

A lovely and quiet boutique hotel that is only 200 ft. beyond the noisier shopping and dining zone.

The breakfast arrangements were good, but a little odd. A very reputable catering service provided the limited breakfast offerings for a very reasonable cost (for Vail). The food was good, but there wasn't table service. So, don't expect to be pampered.

Pricy, but reasonable, considering some of the room prices in Vail.

Location to Vail Village - within walking distance of gondolas, restaurants, and shopping. Front desk staff was very friendly.

No AC in room. Didn't realize that when I booked. We opened the windows and it cooled down while we enjoyed the evening in the Village.

Wonderful

Very comfortable fantastic location. Surprised if the quality for the value.

Only downside was the lack of air conditioning, but the summer cool air and the fan more than compensated. Will be returning!

A scary experience !!

I like the location. The hotel, room and bathroom were clean. My room size was okay.

It was like a ghost hotel. All the gates to enter the hotel are closed after 9 pm. The manager at the front desk did not tell me this. Neither he told me that there will be a security code written on (notecard). I supposed to read each and everything at the card very carefully. So, I stuck outside for half an hour outside the hotel (from 9:33 pm to 10:04 pm). I tried all the numbers I had, and luckily somebody picked my call at around 10 pm. I dial 108 from hanging phone, as well as 970-476-5641. But only automated response. Then I tried a number written on their western door, again from hanging phone. No response. Then I used my phone to call all these numbers. And one of the number worked (written on the door). The hanging phone on their wall is junk piece of machine. Something seriously wrong with this hotel. Never seen in my life where the main entrance is closed most of the times. 9:30 pm is not very late, I guess for a tourist place. Then why all the gates are closed. There were hardly any staff I saw in my 4 nights of stay?? Nice experience. Will refrain myself to use booking.com also in the future. I dont see any benefit to use booking.com, when the hotels provided by them are not upto the mark. Also, There were no paper filters to make my morning coffee. The fan provided in the room was very old and hardly you can feel any air.
