Superb

A really nice hotel to stay in. Peaceful and very comfortable.

Loved the room, you could walk out straight into a quiet large pool that was in between the other rooms. Modern and clean and a great price. Loved it!

Very good

It was nice with three pools and also the location was near fisherman village where you can enjoy walking and dining.

I found it very expensive especially in Thailand. The beach front was not okay for swimming.

Great hotel, but consisting out of a new and older part with noisy rooms!

We really enjoyed our stay at Celes Samui. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Our room was very spacious and clean, the bed was extra large and comfy and we were given fresh fruits and water in the room daily. The breakfast buffet was hands down the best breakfast I have had with a large variety of eastern and western delicious dishes all of high quality. The facilities in the hotel were great too. There are three beautiful pools, which makes that the pool areas never get too crowded and are great to relax. There are also two gyms with sufficient, new and clean equipment.

We believe we were possibly given the worst room in the hotel which is quite large (and was not fully booked at the time). Our room was located on the far street end with very heavy traffic. We are quite easy sleepers, but got woken up by truck engines and beeping scooters every morning. Further, the room had no view, we looked straight out on the gym building. When we complained to the manager, she was very accommodating and gave us a late check out. The hotel actually exists out of two hotels, Celes Samui and Samui Palm Beach Resort which was more recently acquired by Celes Samui. On the one hand this is great because you can enjoy all facilities double, two gyms, three pools etc., on the other hand it means distances in the hotel can be long. For instance, the infinity pool as pictured on the Booking.com website is in the new Celes building. We had to walk 10 minutes (over the street!! or over a very dirty beach which is not accessible during high tides) to get to the infinity pool. This is all by all not too bad, but can be disappointing if you expect to be in the new Celes hotel.

A beautiful resort. The spa and massage was wonderful. The breakfast buffet is varied and plentiful, including Thai specialties such as boat noodles and curry with rice vermicelli. My room came with an outside rain shower. The hotel offers shuttle services to livelier areas like Fishermans Village and Chaweng Beach.

There is nothing to do in or around the resort apart from the pools and the spa. The area is a bit remote and there is no shopping and only a few restaurants on the side of the road.

Location lovely, but needs a lot of improvements.

Location was lovely, it wasnt in the main tourist drag of Koh Samui, just a short 15-20min walk and we were at fishermans village, which was great. The pool was superb.

The morning staff were great but the two evening girls were really unhelpful and not welcoming. They didnt know the hours of the facilities like the pool. Didnt show us where breakfast would be and the rooms didnt have a directory. I feel like the property would get so much more revenue if they show cased a map in a directory, open hours of facilities, spa prices, Laundry services etc. By not having those things it made us not feel like we were staying at a premium hotel.

This hotel was very beautiful. It had 3 pools, 2 of which were beachside which i really loved. My room was very clean and staff was always very helpful.
